Sales Coordinator

We are on the hunt for the next great addition to the VELOX team. The right person to join our team will be ambitious and motivated. You should love exploring the newest, latest and greatest. You’ll also want to share this knowledge with our account managers, business development and, of course, our clients.

VELOX Media is seeking a Sales Coordinator role to join their team! You’re responsible for generating new leads by cleansing, verifying and pre-qualifying new leads released by lead generation team. This individual must be a highly motivated, team-oriented, detail-oriented self-starter able to identify and pre-qualify potential new business prospects from multiple list sources utilizing business criteria and research methods defined by the lead generation team.

The position requires a well-organized and thoughtful individual with ingenuity and a drive to filter and optimize the flow of viable business leads.

Responsibilities

  • Manage prospect data within a CRM dashboard, ensuring that all relevant research, communications, and lead/contact data is verified, logged and supplemented as needed to maximize outbound sales call efficiencies for the Sales Teams.
  • Verify business operations for potential fit and interest levels.
  • Utilize research tools including lead websites, Data.com, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Consistently display timeliness, professionalism, a desire to learn, and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement of the VELOX sales lead generation process.
  • As needed during research and data validation, present an accurate and professionally-delivered pre-qualifying product pitch/description to lead contacts.
  • Provide the Sales teams with feedback and prospect insights that could be helpful in accelerating their sales success.
  • Other related and supporting duties may be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Equivalent Experience
  • 1-3 years related experience in researching and contacting prospect companies; telemarketing; customer support and/or inside sales experience is preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed pre-determined activity quotas.
  • Excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Experience with a CRM Software mandatory
